Keep The Heckler Close, You Know Them Smokers'll Test Ya
So according to NPR, rapper Jay-Z is like a 19th century sea power, because as an up and comer he took out 50 Cent who had previously taken out Ja Rule, but maybe things have changed because the rap world has coalesced into a 21st century unipolar model rather than a 19th century multipolar one, so now we have Jay-Z at the apex, just like the United States today, so even a punk like The Game is kind of like China or India or something, a developing nation that can do some damage doesn't pose an imminent threat.
I dunno, you figure it out. I'm going back to bed.
