Newt's Tortured Answer
Newt Gingrich gets asked a simple question: is waterboarding torture? Take it away, Newt:

Gee, it's such a difficult question. Different lawyers will give you different answers. Who knows what torture is? Maybe there's no such thing. Who can tell?

And this is the guy the GOP touts as their big idea man.
